The Secret Chef -Prawns Pasta.

500g Prawns( Shelled and Cleaned)
1 tsp Gorimas Chillie Garlic paste 1 tsp Lemon Pepper
1 tsp Chilli Powder
1 tsp Salt
3 Tbsp Lemon Juice
3 Tbsp Tomato Puree
2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp Butter
125 ml Fresh/Pouring Cream
Bell Pepper (Red and Green)

Marinate Prawns in all ingredients except Butter and Cream for 1 hour Boil Pasta and Keep aside Heat Butter in a non stick Pan and cook Prawns on high for 4 minutes Add Red and Green Peppers (Julienne) Marinade should Reduce but not dry out completely Lastly Add Cream and throw in Pasta Transfer to a Casserole Dish Grate Fresh Parmesan Over Serve Immediately.-hot hot hot ...........the secret chef piping hot ........
