The secret chef is in love Chinese Chicken chow mein

Use 500g chicken fillet, cut in strips (cut strips across width of fillet piece). Marinate with salt, white pepper,little crushed green chilli, 1 Tblsp Maggi chilli sauce, 1 beaten egg an 4 Tbsp cornflour.  Marinate and keep aside for few hours.

Take a wok,use 4 Tbsp oil,add 1-2tsp rough red chilli and 1tsp garlic, saute then add 1 onion cut in squares, 1 red and 1 green pepper cut in squares an saute for a little while. Add salt, white pepper, approx 2 Tblsp chilli sauce depending on how spicy u want it, soya sauce an little vinegar, 1 Tblsp sweet chilli sauce. Optional to add unsalted cashew nuts.
Fry chicken strips in deep oil until crisp. Then add to wok mixture. Saute for 10-15 mins. Add chinese noodles or chinese rice. Mix and garnish wit lots of fresh cut springonion.-thanks my angel mermaid ;;) -the secret chef is in love .........
