Recipe ... The secret chef -Nachos

1 big pkt blue doritos + 1 small pkt

Chutney: 1 onion finely chopped, 2 tomatoes grated, 2 tbsp steers peri peri,               1 tsp sugar ,1 tsp salt
       *sauté onions in olive oil, add tomatoes & everything else. Boil for few mins and it's done.

Guacamole: 1 avocado mashed
                    1 tbsp sour cream
                    Salt & pepper
                    1 tsp green masala
                    3 tbsp lemon juice

Sour cream: Tub (-1tbsp from above)
                     3 tbsp mayo
                     1 tsp garlic
                     Salt & pepper

Layer in pirex: Doritos, chutney, lots of grated cheese - bake at 180 until cheese melts (±10mins)

Once done spread guacamole then sour cream. Serve hot and enjoy -the secret chef .........
