Recipe ... Chocolate brownie

Delicious and moist brownies to make with the kids in less than 30 minutes!

Serves 6-8 | Takes 20 min


350g chocolate spread (like Nutella)
2 eggs
250ml cake flour
pinch of salt
icing sugar, to dust (optional)

Preheat oven to 180°C and line a 17cm square tray with baking paper.
Beat the chocolate spread and eggs together. Mix in the flour and salt. Pour into the prepared tray and bake for about 15 minutes until cooked, but still moist in the centre. Dust with icing sugar if you like.
